TP Renewable Microgrid, a 100% subsidiary of The Tata Power Company Ltd., India’s largest Integrated Power Company, is proud to announce the launch of “Customer Awareness and New Connection” Mobile Van based Campaign, starting from July 18, 2023. The campaign aims to create awareness about Microgrid, a solar-based off-grid generating plant with an energy storage system that supplies power to remote areas of India, contributing to the electrification of rural communities and supporting economic growth through small enterprises and agriculture.
To commemorate the launch of the campaign, TP Renewable Microgrid organized a small inauguration ceremony to flag off the initiative. This event served as an opportunity to bring together stakeholders, local authorities, and community members to discuss the significance of the campaign and its potential impact on the region. By embarking on the Campaign, TP Renewable Microgrid aims to engage directly with the rural consumers, educate them about the advantages of adopting green, sustainable and reliable power solutions. The Mobile van will traverse around 30 villages across three districts of Uttar Pradesh, namely Bahraich, Shravasti, and Balrampur for 30 days. Through this initiative, TP Renewable Microgrid strives to empower rural communities, uplift their standard of living, and contribute to the nation’s sustainable development goals.
The company seeks to drive economic growth through the promotion of small village level enterprises and Agri entrepreneurs, as well as advocating for affordable, energy-efficient machines & appliances. TP Renewable Microgrid also aims to promote affordable, energy-efficient machines & appliances to enhance the overall energy consumption patterns in rural areas.
